Testimonials

The Public Sector Show brought together many leaders from across Government and industry to connect on one of the most challenging tasks facing our nations: the transformation of our public services. It was great to see a lively and informed debate, particularly around the role of digital tech in delivering the scale of transformation required. It is clear that GDS is leading the way globally and, as we learned from the US Digital Service, this is a common challenge for many nations across the globe.

A message from: Melanie Dawes, Permanent Secretary, Department for Communities and Local Government

Improving public services is about putting people first and building services that work for them.  The Public Sector Show is a great opportunity to find out about some of the innovative and collaborative ways that services are being transformed across the country. I’m pleased that many of the places working with the Public Service Transformation Network will be showcasing their work, including how they are contributing to the Better Care Fund to join up health and social care, one of the big challenges we face as public servants in the years ahead.”
